Why "Three Twelve"??

"If everyone else is doing it, then why not me?"
I did think of that for a moment, but that is not the reason for me to start this blog. The real reason was an eager desire to share the things that I am learning in life and hope that the message of God is shared.

This is not another blog of rants and complains about "oh woe is me, my life isn't perfect blah blah blah blah...". You see, the Internet is truly an interesting invention, it can connect you to people anywhere in the world and you can share experiences even with those that are far away. It has really evolved ever since I remember using the internet for the first time when I was...I dunno, middle school? (wow! it's really been that long!)

It can also be used for evil. Did you know that more people spend time looking at stuff up the internet than with their loved ones? Or what about the evils that are out there such as pornography or even all the scams and stolen identities that people endure daily?

The purpose for this blog is to spread the Word and love of God and as I said before I will share experiences from life too.

So why "The Three Twelve"?

The title from this blog comes from one of my favorite Bible Verses:

"Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me."
(Philippians 3:12)

This verse has always been close to my heart, it encourages me every time that I read it. This verse reminds me of how we are not perfect yet and we can't achieve perfection, but that through maturing and growing we get closer to it. And also, that no matter what the circumstances of life might be, God never abandons us and never leaves. That we are to depend on Him and seek Him in every moment.

So enough ramblings, hope anyone reads this and that hearts are touched.
